This is an incredible specimen of Wyoming red rind black jade. Very solid with limited fracturing, and has some crystal and pseudomorph inclusions.
It weighs approximately 14lbs.
I am told it is either from the tower site or possibly edwards based on its characteristics but it was acquired from someone that didn‘t have it labeled or know the exact location it came from. Either way this is great quality black jade that will produce many great carvings.
