This pendant is a freeform technical design of my own, featuring two fluid bridges across the openings on either side, with a tunnel through the center.
The material is high quality Siberian nephrite jade with a river of cats eye chatoyancy on the bottom, from the No. 7 mine in Siberia, Russia. It is suspended by a hidden hole style tunnel through which hand braided, waxed adjustable polyester cord is strung.
It is highly polished, as close to mirror finish as jade gets, from many many ours of hand sanding and polishing, with a final polish at 200k grit. This is a beautiful one of a kind, high quality, wearable piece of art, made with care, love, and attention to detail.
